Despite the Atlanta Hawks reportedly shopping veteran point guard Jeremy Lin prior to the trade deadline, there were no takers and the 30-year-old still remains a Hawk. This may be for the time being only, as there could be a buyout in the near future.

Nonetheless, Lin made it clear that for the time being, he remains committed to the team and will continue to play as hard as he has been throughout his colorful career. He hasn’t specifically requested a buyout yet, and the veteran plans to let his agent figure everything out.

“Until I hear otherwise, I’m committed,” Lin said, via Cris Kirschner of The Athletic. “I’m here every day, and I think we’ve been playing good. I think in the last 25 games, we’re 12-13. We’re building something. I just want to stay healthy and enjoy the game, and I’ll let my agents do their work.”
