Damian Lillard missed a third straight game for the Portland Trail Blazers on Thursday night with a strained right hamstring. Lillard went through pregame warm-ups to test the hamstring, but decided with the team it was best to rule himself out against the Philadelphia 76ers. "I felt good," Lillard said before the Blazers' 114-110 win. "But there's still just a little bit of discomfort, and I think it's natural for any hamstring injury ... to take a little bit of time [before] you get completely comfortable. At this point, it only makes sense.
