Jermaine Gresham did not practice for a second straight day due to a groin injury and is listed as questionable going into Sunday’s game against Baltimore. Gresham first showed up on the injury report on Wednesday as limited, but Marvin Lewis termed his chances as partly sunny. In other words, we’ll see at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday when the inactive list is announced. “Hopefully he would be OK. That’s a position we’re pretty good at, so we’ll be fine either way,” said Lewis of Gresham’s status. Gresham has played in 33 straight games and has not been inactive since he missed two games midway through the 2011 season due to a hamstring injury. If Gresham is inactive, Tyler Eifert would be expected to get the start with Alex Smith also seeing increased playing time. Giovani Bernard (ribs) is also listed as questionable. He has been limited in practice all week but should be able to go. Linebacker Rey Maualuga (knee) and defensive tackle Devon Still (elbow) are out, while linebacker Michael Boley (hamstring) is doubtful. Boley did not practice on Friday after being limited the past two days. That would indicate that Vinny Rey will get his second straight start. Offensive guard Kevin Zeitler (hamstring) is probable.
