Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors didn't make the playoffs last season, but perhaps they will be able to this season. Klay Thompson should be fully healthy at some point next season and if members of their young core such as James Wiseman and Jordan Poole improve next season, they could be right back in the playoff mix.

The Warriors have acquired some solid veterans during the offseason, adding some experienced shooters such as Otto Porter Jr. and Nemanja Bjelica to the roster. They also brought back fan-favorite Andre Iguodala for his defense and leadership. Another name that they were reportedly interested in was Dennis Schroder, who recently signed the mid-level exception with the Boston Celtics.

Wes Goldberg of the Mercury Times revealed that the Golden State Warriors were interested in signing Schroder, but it seems as though he decided to go with the Boston Celtics instead.

According to a league source, the Warriors did inquire about Dennis Schroder.
