Georgia has added yet another marquee home-and-home matchup to a future schedule. The school announced on Thursday that it will play Ohio State in 2030 and 2031. The Bulldogs will host Ohio State on September 14, 2030 and they'll open the season in Columbus on August 30, 2031.

The two programs will play exactly 10 years after they were scheduled to square off before a deal was cancelled back in 2012. The Bulldogs and Buckeyes had a home-and-home set up for 2020 and 2021 but according to UGA's J. Reid Parker Director of Athletics Greg McGarity, who spoke with reporters at SEC Spring Meetings that year, Ohio State backed out of the deal.

It is the sixth marquee home-and-home series UGA has set up since Kirby Smart became head coach. Three of those series have been set up with two ACC teams, Florida State and Clemson. Two more have been set up with a pair of Big 12 teams, Texas and Oklahoma. This is the first such series that has been scheduled with a Big 10 team.
