Mmmm, tasty crow. It's really not so bad once you get the feathers out of the way. Who was it again that boldly predicted Alex Galchenyuk would be sent back to junior by the Montreal Canadiens, an organization so conservative it hasn't plugged an 18-year-old into the lineup for a full season since 1984? Oh yes, that was me (among others, it has to be said). Well, mea culpa, folks. Galchenyuk got the official word Monday morning that he's staying with the Habs for good this season - because he's 18 the only choices available to the team were to keep him for the remainder of the season or send him back to the Sarnia Sting.
