It's easy to fix a bad offense. All it requires is more runs. The easy part ends when the talking does. Free agents have to be signed, trades have to be made and money, lots of it, has to be spent. Indians GM Chris Antonetti has done that, signing free agents Nick Swisher, Michael Bourn and Mark Reynolds and trading for Drew Stubbs, Mike Aviles and Yan Gomes. Now all Antonetti and new manager Terry Francona have to do is sort through the accumulated bodies and decide what it is they want to do. One thing for certain, this lineup will look much different on opening day than the one interim manager Sandy Alomar Jr., used on the final game of last season against the White Sox. Here's how that one looked: RF Shin-Soo Choo, 2B Jason Kipnis, 3B Lonnie Chisenhall, LF Russ Canzler, DH Travis Hafner, SS Cord Phelps, 1B Jack Hannahan, C Lou Marson and CF Jason Donald. Choo, Canzler, Hafner, Hannahan and Donald are no longer with the organization.
