Donald Brashear, a former millionaire player in the NHL, was seen this week working in a Tim Hortons outlet in Quebec City and serving customers.
The presence of the former NHL enforcer, now 47, was noticed by many customers who shared the information on social media. One photo of him smiling at a drive-thru window was published in local news media.
According to the report in the Journal de Québec, the franchise is owned by former NHL player Pierre Sévigny. Sévigny told the paper he’d hired Brashear to help out.
