Henry Ruggs’ life will never be the same and he only has himself to blame. The recently released Las Vegas Raiders WR was caught on surveillance camera flying down a street just seconds before he crashed into a Toyota and trapped a young woman and her dog inside. Both the woman and the dog would burn alive in the aftermath.

The video captures Ruggs’ Corvette going at 156 miles an hour.

Authorities would later state his Stingray was going 127 MPH at the time of impact, which means he likely saw the Toyota in front of him, but it was way too late to slow down to stop that accident from happening. 23-year-old Tina Tintor and her Golden Retriever Max were both killed in the crash. Her family’s lawyer says, “Tina’s tragic loss has devastated her family beyond a grief they could never comprehend.”
