Coach Jim Harbaugh caught a glimpse of linebacker NaVorro Bowman’s rehab and was encouraged by what he saw. Bowman, a first-team All-Pro selection each of the past three seasons, revealed on Thursday that he has been sprinting for two days. He underwent surgery on Feb. 4 to repair a torn ACL, which he sustained in the NFC Championship game. “I must admit there are times I’ll look out the peripheral vision and see them doing their workouts on the turf over there,” Harbaugh said on Friday.
