Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott‘s hearing with the Second Circuit Court of Appeals has been scheduled for Thursday afternoon. “A motion for injunction pending appeal of the district court’s denial of a preliminary injunction, for an expedited appeal, and administrative stay filed in the above-referenced case has been added as an argued case to the substantive motions calendar for Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 2:00 pm,” reads an official court document. “The argument will be held in the Thurgood Marshall U.S. Courthouse, New York, NY 10007, 17th floor, Room 1705.” The hearing will be overseen by a panel of three judges while such a panel is now expected to rule on Elliot’s motion by the end of the day on Friday.
