Looks like we can add one more name to the Pistons coaching search. ESPN’s Marc Stein reports that Knicks assistant coach Darrell Walker will soon get an interview to fill the head coaching position in Auburn Hills. Walker is no stranger to the Palace. He spent a season and a half of his 10-year playing career with the Pistons, averaging 5.2 points as a backup guard in 1991-92. He played nine games in Detroit the following season before he was waived. He also was an assistant coach in Detroit under both Michael Curry and John Kuester.
