The cast for NBC's weight-loss reality show 'The Biggest Loser' has been released, and it includes three former pro athletes, including ex-Miami Dolphins quarterback Scott Mitchell. Mitchell became a standout performer in the 1993 season after Dan Marino was felled by a ruptured Achilles' tendon in Cleveland. He threw 12 touchdown passes in seven starts and was handed a large free agent contract by the Detroit Lions that offseason. Other ex-pro athletes competing in the show are Zina Garrison (women's tennis, 263 pounds) and Damien Woody (NFL, 388). The show features obese people competing to win money by losing the highest percentage of their initial weight.
