Last month, Sport explained Barcelona’s Rafinha is attracted to the idea of playing in the Premier League.
However, they didn’t cite any English club wanting the attacking midfielder.
Everton and Wolverhampton Wanderers get a mention in today’s edition of Sport. It’s claimed the Toffees have ‘asked about’ the Brazilian, just like Wolves.
The 27-year-old spent the 2019/20 season on loan at Celta Vigo, and the Catalan club would have been in favour of selling him to the former. However, Rafinha has different plans.
According to the report, Rafinha ‘prioritises his departure’ to the Premier League this summer, so that he can reunite with his brother, Thiago Alcântara, in England. Luckily for the former, Everton and Wolves have asked about his situation.
