Orlando Magic point guard Elfrid Payton has a "mild to moderate strain" of his left hamstring, reports Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel. What It Means: This isn't all that surprising given the nature of Payton's injury and the movement involved in the day-to-day of professional basketball.
