Dustin Brown is dealing with more than just an illness. The Los Angeles Kings captain didn’t play on Saturday and missed Sunday’s practice due to a lower-body injury as well, according to LA Kings Insider. The ailment is being termed as minor, but it looks like he’ll probably miss a second straight game on Monday and his availability for Thursday’s contest is still up in the air. He was hurt earlier this week, which means that this might be related to his benching on Thursday. He was limited to 10:12 minutes in that game and when Kings coach Darryl Sutter was asked about it, he said it was because Brown’s line was tired.
