If one was just to look at the numbers, it would seem there was little, if any, improvement by former Jays starter Kyle Drabek after he was sent back to Triple-A Las Vegas in June. In 15 starts, he was 5-4 with a 7.44 ERA, with a 2.02 WHIP, the size of which is worthy of a dominatrix. "It's definitely tough to pitch there," Drabek said. "It seems like all the hitters were hitting over .350 and in Vegas the playing field wasn't the best. You have those innings where you get a normal groundball and it just takes a bad hop. It taught me. It happens and you just have to get over it quickly."
Drabek better than numbers
