Looks like Mike McCoy will join Dennis Allen as another Broncos coordinator coaching a divisional opponent in 2013. According to CBS Sports and Jason La Canfora, along with Adam Schefter and Pro Football Talk, the two sides met again and the Chargers have offered McCoy the job. The two sides hope to complete a contract by the end of the day. McCoy has already informed the Broncos ownership and front office he has accepted the job. McCoy has been the Broncos offensive coordinator since 2009 and was one of the few to have survived all of the coaching turnover during the changes following the 2010 season. McCoy has been a favorite around the league this year as a potential head coach for helping Kyle Orton to career years in 2009 and 2010 and then assisting in two big transitions when Tim Tebow became the starting quarterback and then after the acquisition of Peyton Manning.
