New Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa not only has the top-selling NFL jersey, but his white and aqua No. 1 jerseys are the top two on NFL Shop, per Adam Silverstein.

Earlier this week, Tagovailoa revealed that he will be wearing the No. 1 at his next stop in Miami. After wearing No. 13 in both high school and at Alabama, he had to change because the Dolphins retired the No. 13 after the playing career of Hall of Famer Dan Marino ended.

“For me, I’m not too worried about what number I have,” Tagovailoa said after the draft. “I understand No. 13 is retired and it should be. Dan Marino, he’s the GOAT. He’s like the mayor out there. I have much respect for him. But whatever number I’m given by that organization, if it’s 78 or 99, I’ll wear it. It doesn’t matter.”

Miami selected Tagovailoa with the fifth pick in the 2020 NFL Draft last month and hope the former Crimson Tide star will end their quarterback woes since Marino’s retirement.
