The Dolphins and Buccaneers have asked for permission to interview Titans Vice President of Player Personnel Lake Dawson for their open general manager positions, per league sources. The Buccaneers recently fired Mark Dominik, while the Dolphins parted ways with Jeff Ireland. Dawson in his seventh season with the Titans, and his second as VP of Player Personnel. He has 19 years of NFL experience as a player and executive. Dawson, who played with the Chiefs, has worked with Titans general manager Ruston Webster on day-to-day football operations while focusing on player personnel, both pro and college.
