The Los Angeles Dodgers have added a pitcher to the roster, as sources confirmed to FanRag Sports that the team has signed Tom Koehler. News of the agreement was first reported by Chris Cotillo of SB Nation. Koehler spent time with the Miami Marlins and Toronto Blue Jays last season, going a combined 1-7 with a 6.69 ERA and a 1.62 WHIP in 72.2 innings pitched over 27 appearances. Thirteen of Koehler’s appearances were as a starter, with 12 of those starts coming as a member of the Marlins. For the Marlins, Koehler was 1-5 with a 7.92 ERA in 55.2 innings, and he allowed 50 runs (49 earned) on 67 hits. Originally optioned to Triple-A in mid May, Koehler would be placed on the disabled list on May 19 due to bursitis in his right shoulder. Upon his return to the Marlins in July, Koehler went 0-3 with a 9.87 ERA in four starts.
