The Tampa Bay Buccaneers notably came up short against the New England Patriots on Thursday evening, ultimately falling by the score of 19-14. However, the Buccaneers were certainly within reach throughout the game despite the fact that place kicker Nick Folk missed three field goals. As a result, the Buccaneers are now discussing whether or not to push forward with Folk at the helm. “[General manager] Jason Licht and I had a brief conversation afterwards,” said Buccaneers head coach Dirk Koetter, via ESPN. “That will be something that will be forthcoming. But you don’t want to make any rash decisions.” Folk, a proven NFL place kicker, missed from 56, 49 and 31 yards out on Thursday night.
