Toronto Blue Jays knuckleballer R.A. Dickey is on track to take his start in Baltimore, after leaving the prior outing due to back spasms. Having responded positively to treatment, he feels optimistic going into Tuesday's outing than he did in advance last Thursday's appearance against the Chicago White Sox. Dickey, 38, hasn't dealt with this injury before. His back tightened below the neck. "Just part of getting older," Dickey said. "You've got to juggle it. There's a knot that emits pain. I wouldn't describe it as a stabbing situation but you know it's there."
