After missing nearly a month, New Jersey Devils right-winger Kyle Palmieri is back on the ice. On Monday morning, the Devils officially activated him from injured reserve while Palmieri will now be in the team’s lineup against the Anaheim Ducks. Palmieri broke his right foot in late November. At the time, he was looking at four-six weeks of recovery. He suffered the injury during a Devil’s win over the Minnesota Wild. The 26-year-old was originally selected by the Anaheim Ducks in the first round (26th pick overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, so he should be familiar with Monday evening’s matchup.
