Former Everton winger Gerard Deulofeu says he “doesn’t care” how Ronald Koeman will fare in his new job at Barcelona, detailing his troubling experiences under the Dutchman.

“I can tell you about Koeman from my personal experience,” the winger said.
“He provided me absolutely nothing. I wasn’t happy, I asked to leave and I went to Milan [on loan]. We’ll see how he does at the Camp Nou.”
Deulofeu also claimed that Barcelona’s La Masia academy needs restructuring if it is to succeed.
“The truth is that Barcelona’s [situation] does not bother me,” Deulofeu added. “In fact, right now, I don’t care.
