During her appearance on The Breakfast Club on Tuesday, NFL wife/notorious shit talker Miko Grimes told a story that sounded completely made up when she said that the Oakland Raiders' offensive line purposely let QB Derek Carr get hurt in Week 4 because Carr told them not to kneel during the playing of the national anthem. For those of you who hate watching videos—which I get—here's her story in print form: [Carr] was against [the offensive line] protesting. And they had a fight in the locker room before that Monday night game with the Redskins [Ed. note: It was actually a Sunday night game.] They were fighting in the locker room, and that’s the only all-black offensive line in the NFL is the Raiders. Derek Carr is a Bible-thumper to the fullest. And so he was basically trying to force the players to read the Bible before the game and do all this stuff, and they were like, 'No, that’s you.' And so he was so upset about it. When the whole offensive line said they were going to kneel, he was like, 'No, you’re not kneeling. This is America, you're going to stand for the flag.' And they got in a fight in the locker room, so when they came out to play, they basically had a plan. Shortly after Grimes made that claim one of those Raiders lineman, Donald Penn, tweeted the following not so subtle message.
