De'Anthony Melton has decided to withdraw from USC, the sophomore guard announced Wednesday on Twitter. He hasn't played for the Trojans all season. USC announced in January that Melton would sit out for the remainder of the season after being linked to the college basketball bribery case that led to the indictment of former Trojans associate head coach Tony Bland. At that point, Melton already had been held out of the first 18 games of the season as a precaution while the university investigated the matter.
