Former Oregon wide receiver Darren Carrington will remain in the Pac-12 and transfer to Utah, per Michelle Bodkin of UteZone. Carrington was removed from the Oregon roster earlier this month following a DUII arrest early on the morning of July 1. The arrest was not his only transgression during his time in Eugene. Because the receiver has completed his studies at Oregon, he will be eligible immediately for the Utes. Carrington will head to Eugene to face his former team on October 28. Strangely enough, Carrington caught a game-winning touchdown pass from Oregon's Justin Herbert in the closing second of last year's game against the Utes. The upset victory in Salt Lake City provided Oregon with just its second Pac-12 win of the season.
