For Warriors guard Stephen Curry becoming a good defender is all about consistency. In fact Curry thinks he's been solid on that end of the floor in the past but he said there's a lot of room for improvement. "I wasn't that bad [during the 2012-13 season]" Curry told the San Jose Mercury News. "But I can be a lot better a lot more consistent like I was the first 25 games or so." Curry 25 said he was pleased with his defense during the first two months of last season specifically on the pick-and-roll but he noticed a drop-off after that. Fatigue and lack of attention to detail were two factors that might've contributed to his struggles he said but with hard work and preparation this offseason he expects to eliminate those two obstacles. And he doesn't think his offensive workload should prevent him from thriving on the other end of the court.
