The Cubs sent starter Matt Garza back to Chicago Sunday for more tests after he complained of stiffness in his right arm. "He's stiff today," manager Dale Sveum said. "Nothing major, but he's not going to be able to go on Tuesday. He threw two sides ... Just back him off, just send him home to go see the doctor. Just being a little (cautious)." Sveum said he didn't think Garza would get an MRI. "I don't think that's necessary," he said. "He just had one and (it came out) very clean. (The doctor) will just look at him as much as anything."
