The Chicago Cubs claimed right-hander Guillermo Moscoso off waivers from Toronto on Wednesday and moved Arodys Vizcaino to the 60-day disabled list. The 29-year-old Moscoso will be in the mix for a Cubs' bullpen spot, though he may go to Triple-A Iowa if he doesn't make the roster. Hisonori Takahashi and Cory Wade are the two remaining relievers vying for the one bullpen spot. Moscosco is 11-12 with a 4.16 earned-run average in 57 appearances for three teams, including 24 starts. The Blue Jays claimed Moscoco off waivers from Kansas City on March 16, and he's posted a combined 12.86 ERA for the two teams in spring training. Vizcaino is still rehabbing from elbow reconstruction surgery, and did not pitch in Cactus League action this spring.
