All signs are pointing to Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott being ready to roll for the Week 1 showdown against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sept. 9. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones confirmed this on Sunday.

Jones said Prescott is “good to go” and “really turned it loose” in practice over the past week, according to Cowboys Senior Writer Rob Phillips.

This is great news as Prescott looks to make his triumphant return to the field. The Cowboys star suffered a season-ending injury in 2020, and then he suffered a shoulder injury at the start of training camp that has left him limited. He didn’t play at all in the preseason.
