?Cowboys All-Pro center Travis Frederick, who missed all of 2018 with Guillain-Barre Syndrome, ?underwent surgery in mid-January on his torn labrum and reports indicated that he would be ready for the start of the 2019 season. 

Well, according to Frederick himself, he is one step closer to returning to the football field. 

In an interview with a Dallas news station, the 27-year-old stud said that he is 90-95 percent healthy and that he hopes the attend offseason workouts in April.
