Other than Mat Gamel himself, no one in Brewers camp felt worse Monday than Corey Hart that Gamel was out for the year with another ACL tear. "It's one of those things that at least he (would have had) a month of playing," said Hart, who is expected to miss the first four to six weeks of the season while recovering from knee surgery. "I told him he could move in with me to kind of help him. I'm sure he's going to be down but I'll try to help him as much as I can." Hart said he was floored when he learned early in the day that Gamel have suffered a tear of the repaired ACL in his right knee. Gamel suffered that injury early last May and missed the rest of the 2012 season, and now will be out for all pf 2013. The plan had been for Gamel to take over at first base until Hart returns. Now, there will be open auditions in camp to play the position. "I was pumping him up (before the news). Hopefully, I'm here for a long time but I was trying to make it realistic that, 'Hey, I might not be here. This might be your one month to showcase it. You never know what's going to happen.'
