Ciara is showing off her arts and crafts skills over on Instagram this week after she cut up a pair of cargo shorts and turned them into a matching set. The NFL WAG and hitmaker shared a quick video of herself showing off her hard work and revealed that while she loves the outfit, she didn't actually complete the backside and is unable to show us how the back looks.
