The Los Angeles Clippers are one of the top contenders in the Western Conference in large part due to the terrific play of Chris Paul. While the star point guard would love to focus on the current season, questions about free agency keep getting raised, even though he's unsure what the future holds. T.J. Simers of The Sacramento Bee reported that Paul, who's scheduled to be a free agent at season's end, still hasn't made a decision about where he'll play next season despite rumors and speculation to the contrary: "No, I haven't decided what I am going to do next season, and no, I haven't told anyone what I'm going to do." The statement from Paul comes a week after Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports reported the All-Star Game MVP was planning to re-sign with the Clippers, which would include a max deal and a role in the team's decision-making process: He's planning to re-sign with the Los Angeles Clippers, punctuating his pick-and-roll partnership with Blake Griffin with a maximum contract extension and final say about every move their franchise now makes. While Simers admitted that outcome remains a possibility, especially since the Clippers can offer him a bigger contract than he can get on the open market, it's far from a done deal.
