Orioles first baseman Chris Davis had to leave Friday night's game early due to a strained left oblique muscle. He appeared to injure himself on a flyout to right field during the third inning, as he clearly reacted immediately after his swing. "We'll know more about it (Saturday)," Davis said (AP). "I've never had an oblique strain or whatever you want to call it, but it doesn't feel so bad right now that I can't move or anything like that. So I think right now we'll just take it one day at a time." The Orioles have announced he'll be further evaluated before any decisions are made. Davis did say that this injury has been lingering for a few days.
