Terez A. Paylor reports that the Chiefs have re-signed veteran RB C.J. Spiller to a contract on Tuesday. Spiller, 30, is a former first-round pick of the Bills back in in 2010. He spent five years in Buffalo before signing a four-year, $16 million contract that included $9 million guaranteed with the Saints in 2015. Spiller was set to make a base salary of $1.7 million for the 2016 season when the Saints cut him loose a few weeks into the regular.
