CHELSEA and Manchester City are weighing up January offers for French international star Blaise Matuidi after he revealed a contract extension with current club PSG has not been agreed. The 26-year-old was a pivotal player for PSG last season as he helped his side claim their first Ligue 1 title since 1994. Despite reports in France suggesting that the midfielder will be offered a new five-year deal, Matuidi admitted he could leave the Parc des Princes on a free transfer in the summer even though it would not be his first choice.
