CHELSEA have made a mammoth £73m offer for Juventus full-back Alex Sandro. But the Serie A champions have rejected the bid as they are desperate to hold on to the 26-year-old. Italian outlet Calciomercato say the offer was worth £64m up front with the rest of the fee made up of bonuses. Juve have already lost both Dani Alves and Leonardo Bonucci this summer and are keen to keep Sandro in Turin. Antonio Conte is desperate to add a wing-back to his squad and has been trying to sign the Brazilian all summer. And following the 3-2 defeat to Burnley last weekend the Italian wants to add more depth to his side.
