The Bruins will play much of the rest of the regular season without Charlie McAvoy. McAvoy suffered a left MCL sprain when he was injured in Saturday’s win over the Canadiens. He will miss the next four weeks and be re-evaluated then, general manager Don Sweeney said today. The Bruins finish the regular season on Sunday, April 8, with the playoffs likely to begin a few days later.
