Redskins defensive lineman Adam Carriker confirmed that he will have a third surgery on his problematic right quadriceps tendon Thursday. Carriker missed the bulk of last season after tearing the tendon early in Washington’s second game. Carriker had to have a second surgery on the area earlier this offseason. It wasn’t immediately clear what complications required a third procedure. “I will not be stopped! #Driven” Carriker said in a text message Wednesday night.
