Carlo Ancelotti has revealed his plan for returning to management after Antonio Conte expressed his anger at his compatriot being linked with Chelsea. Ancelotti is out of work having been fired by Bayern Munich earlier this season. The Italian has been linked with a host of jobs since, most notably his former club Chelsea after he was recently pictured at Stamford Bridge. Current Blues boss Conte said those rumours showed a lack of respect. Ancelotti has now revealed that a return to the Premier League is a possibility – however he said he was unlikely to take a job until next summer. That may be a cause of frustration for managerless Everton, who Ancelotti has also been linked with. ‘I have time to watch football now. I am looking for new opportunities but not right now. My contract with Bayern expires at the end of the season and that’s when I’ll start listening to new offers,’ he told Radio Anch’io lo Sport. ‘I want a serious project that can give me time and serenity, even though I know it’s not easy. I am just waiting and something will come.
