Injuries and poor performances forced the Cardinals to start four different combinations of offensive linemen in the first five weeks of the season. The fifth change will come Sunday against the Buccaneers, and the Cardinals are hoping it’s the last. Left tackle D.J. Humphries and left guard Alex Boone are listed as questionable, but it appears they will play. Right guard Evan Boehm, who started the first five games, has been benched in favor of Earl Watford, who re-signed with the team two weeks ago. Humphries hasn’t played since suffering a sprained MCL in week one. Boone replaced Mike Iupati in Week 2 but has missed the last two games with a pectoral injury. “My biggest concern with both of them (Humphries and Boone) right now is conditioning," coach Bruce Arians said. “They haven’t played in a while. We may substitute during a game, (which) we don’t normally do. We’ll just see how it goes.” Humphries doesn’t think conditioning will be a factor for him.
