Receiver Larry Fitzgerald sat in front of his locker on Thursday and insisted that a sore hamstring would not keep him from playing on Sunday against the Lions. “I’m fine” he said. Would he tell reporters if he wasn’t fine? “No I wouldn’t” Fitzgerald said smiling. Fitzgerald didn’t run full speed during the portion of practice open to media. He watched the first-team offense work a two-minute drill and participated in some individual work. Fitzgerald appeared on the injury report on Wednesday which likely means that he suffered the injury that day in practice. “You never like to be on there but everything is good” he said. Official injury designations aren't made until Fridays and coach Bruce Arians is not available to the media on Thursdays. The Cardinals have only four receivers on the roster although they could bring up Kerry Taylor or Sam McGuffie from the practice squad. Fitzgerald in his 10th season has missed just four games in his career. He last missed one in 2007 when a groin injury kept him playing against the Browns. Defensive end Darnell Dockett and linebacker/end John Abraham were added to the injury report with shoulder injuries. Both participated in all parts of practice.
