Star pass-rusher Chandler Jones has been unhappy with his current contract, leading him to request a trade from the Arizona Cardinals during the offseason, sources told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

The Cardinals don't want to trade the three-time Pro Bowler and expect him to report for training camp, Fowler adds.

The 31-year-old, who's been a key piece on Arizona's defense since joining the team in 2016, only has one season left on a five-year, $82.5-million extension he signed in 2017. Jones is set to make $15.5 million this campaign.
