Miami’s push on the recruiting trail continues paying dividends for Al Golden and his staff. The Hurricanes picked up another verbal commitment on Tuesday, this one from 2015 offensive tackle Tyree St. Louis out of Bradenton’s IMG Academy. IMG Academy shared news of St. Louis’ commitment on the school's Twitter account. The 6-foot-6, 300-pound St. Louis is rated a three-star prospect by 247 Sports and is the 19th commitment in the Hurricanes upcoming class. According to ESPN’s Gerry Hamilton, he is the eighth ESPN 300 player to commit to Miami following running backs Dexter Williams, Jordan Scarlett, and Jordan Cronkrite along with tight end Bowman Archibald, quarterback Dwayne Lawson, receiver Terrell Chatman and linebacker Charles Perry. Miami’s also had an impressive haul over the course of the past month picking up pledges from several in-state players including Scarlett and St. Thomas Aquinas teammate receiver Sam Bruce, a 2016 prospect. Wellington’s Ahmmon Richards, another 2016 receiver, committed to Miami last week.
