Former Titans linebacker Keith Bulluck will announce the team’s second and third round picks from the NFL Draft next week in New York City. The NFL announced on Wednesday 32 legendary NFL alumni, one representing each team, will announce the picks from Radio City Music Hall. The league started the program during the 2011 NFL Draft. Bulluck, a first round pick by the Titans in 2000, played from 2000-2009 with the team.
