The Chicago Bulls and New Orleans Pelicans officially completed their blockbuster deal on Monday despite the NBA’s ongoing investigation for tampering.

While this is great news to see the deal go through, the Bulls and Pelicans are definitely not out of hot water quite yet. The league announced on Saturday they are looking into both blockbuster trades at the beginning of free agency, headlined by Ball and Kyle Lowry, who went from the Toronto Raptors to Miami Heat.
