The Bulls continued their impressive play at home with a 91-85 win over the Charlotte Bobcats. The win avenged their New Year's Eve loss to Charlotte, which came into that game riding an 18-game losing streak and is the fourth straight victory at home for the Bulls (27-17). Luol Deng returned from a five-game absence from a right hamstring injury to finish with 12 points in 31 minutes, but fill-in Jimmy Butler continued his impressive play despite returning back to his reserve role. Butler finished with 19 points (nine in the fourth) and six rebounds in 32 minutes. Nate chipped in with 15 and Joakim Noah finished with 13 points and 18 rebounds.
